Leadership

I treat product and engineering as one discipline: why we build something matters as much as how we build it.

I set a clear direction, give people real ownership and keep a steady, dependable rhythm of delivery with a high bar for quality.

I partner closely with business leadership and adopt AI deliberately, where it genuinely makes our products and our work better.
